Position Overview:
The Bilingual Salesperson will assist customers in both English and Spanish, guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchase process. No prior sales experience is required — we will provide training. Candidates with customer service experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

• Explain financing options and required documents

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly goals

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer service experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
