About the Job:
Soliant is on the lookout for a licensed and dependable Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual therapy services to K12 students across Texas for the 20252026 school year. This is a remote position , so you can work from home and still make a big difference in the lives of students all over the state. Whether you're wanting full-time hours or something a little more flexible, weve got options.
What Youll Be Doing:
Providing teletherapy services to a caseload of students (kindergarten through high school)
Conducting evaluations, setting up IEP goals, and leading virtual therapy sessions
Working closely with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student needs
Keeping up with progress notes, reports, and required documentation
Heres What Youll Need:
A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
A valid Texas SLP license (ASHA CCCs are a big plus, but not a deal-breaker)
At least 2 years of recent experience working in a school setting
Strong internet connection and your own computer (youll need to pass a quick tech check)
Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099)
