This individual will be responsible for managing user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions and license allocations. They will also be heavily ingrained in user management, data management, and configuration. Skills and Requirements At a minimum, Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder Certifications All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge Sandbox environment management DevOps/release management experience Identify unused or underutilized platform features Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot Familiarity with Revenue Cloud and CRMA Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer User support tickets Monitor and improve user adoption Technical documentation Management of integrated applications (e.g. DocuSign) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
